The quote tool
The quote form requests gender, birth date, a self-assessed health level, tobacco use, how much coverage appeals to you, and term preference. These answers are transmitted to the quoting engine run by the carriers' application platform to pull rates, and are not retained on this website. Applying for a quote requires zero personal identifiers. Identical requests submitted repeatedly might be answered from a brief cache to spare the quoting engine another call.
Applying
Choosing to apply means the answers you provided are carried into a secure application managed by the carriers' own platform, at which point their privacy policies take over. Susman Insurance Agency, a California-licensed insurance agency (License 0B75129), oversees the application workflow.
The contact form
The contact form captures your name, email address, an optional phone number, how you'd prefer contact, the subject category, and your message. It's forwarded as email to the agency; your email address becomes the reply-to field. This website maintains no copy of submissions, no contact log, and no archive of message content. A brief validation routine runs in your browser before sending to discourage spam.
Measurement
This website counts visits via first-party, cookieless measurement deployed from this domain. No cookies are written; no persistent identifiers live on your device; two octets of your IP address are stripped before storage; URLs carrying referrer information are cleaned; raw visit logs are purged after 90 days. Browsers flagged with Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control indicators are skipped entirely.
What we do not do
We do not buy or sell personal data, deploy ad-tracking pixels, or embed third-party analytics. The sole exception is the carriers' application platform, which only loads if you navigate to the application page.
