Monthly payment = the carrier's quoted premium for your coverage size, term, and health tier, paid each month. Health class = the underwriting category the quote assumes; the carrier confirms the actual class post-underwriting. Exam = whether the carrier performs a paramedical exam; numerous accelerated programs skip it for eligible applicants. A.M. Best = the company's financial strength rating.
